How does the Velé Lift work?
The Velé Lift uses EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) microcurrent technology to send gentle impulses into your facial muscles — stimulating them in the same way exercise builds and tones the body. Combined with red LED (collagen stimulation) and blue LED (inflammation reduction), it delivers a complete at-home facial lifting treatment in 10 minutes.
How quickly will I see results?
Most users notice reduced puffiness and improved circulation from the very first session. Visible lifting and firming typically appear within 2–3 weeks of consistent daily use. The most dramatic results come at the 4–8 week mark when the microcurrent has had time to genuinely retrain the facial muscles.
How often should I use it?
We recommend daily use for the first 60 days to build a foundation of results. After that, 3–4 times per week is sufficient to maintain and continue improving.
Do I need a conductive gel?
Yes — a conductive gel or serum is required for the microcurrent to work effectively and comfortably. Any water-based serum or aloe vera gel works well. We recommend applying generously to clean, dry skin before each session.
Is it safe for all skin types?
Yes. The Velé Lift is designed for all skin types including sensitive skin. If you have any active skin conditions, are pregnant, have a pacemaker, or have metal implants in your face, please consult your doctor before use.
What's the difference between Standard and Upgraded?
The Standard intensity is ideal for first-time microcurrent users or those with sensitive skin. The Upgraded intensity delivers a stronger microcurrent signal for faster, more pronounced lifting results. Both use the same technology — the Upgraded version simply has a higher output setting.
How long does the battery last?
A full charge via the included USB cable lasts approximately 90–120 minutes of use — roughly 10–12 sessions. A charging indicator light lets you know when it's time to recharge.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 8–15 business days worldwide. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Can I use this around my eyes?
The Velé Lift is designed for use on the jawline, cheeks, forehead, and neck. Avoid direct contact with the eye area and eyelids. The red LED light is safe to use in the under-eye area at a distance but do not press the device directly onto the eye socket.
