All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Velé ships worldwide from our fulfilment centre. Estimated delivery times by region:

  • United States: 8–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 8–15 business days
  • Australia: 10–18 business days
  • Canada: 10–18 business days
  • Europe: 10–18 business days
  • Rest of World: 12–25 business days

These are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing or high-volume periods. We appreciate your patience.

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. No minimum required.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email with a link to monitor your delivery in real time. Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering.

Returns & Refunds

We stand behind the Velé Lift with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you have used the device consistently for 30 days and are not satisfied with your results, contact us at hello@veleskin.com within 30 days of delivery and we will work with you to find a resolution, including a full refund where applicable.

To be eligible for a return, the device must be in its original condition. Please do not return items without contacting us first.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us immediately at hello@veleskin.com with your order number and we will resolve the issue promptly.
